Why We Built SmallChurchHelp.org (And Why You’re Not Alone)

Small churches are the heart of the Christian church in America. Nearly 60% of all Christians in the U.S. attend a church with fewer than 100 people. That means the majority of Gospel work happens in sanctuaries without a tech team, marketing budget, or full-time staff.
However, you wouldn’t know that based on the resources available.
When I went looking for practical help for our own small church—tools, strategies, encouragement—I found that most of what’s available is either:
Designed for large churches with teams and money, or
Focused on theology but not operations, outreach, or guest follow-up.
So I started building what we needed, one tool at a time. And now I’m sharing those tools with you.

🙋 Who Am I?

I’ve led teams in some of the most complex environments on earth—military bases, mission fields, and modern churches. I’ve worked with pastors, bishops, and volunteers.
But more than that, I’ve sat in the back pew, fixed the livestream cables at 7:45 AM, and tried to follow up with visitors between Sunday services and midweek crises.
I know what it feels like to want to do it well, but have no time or support to figure it all out.
This site exists to say: You’re not crazy. You’re not failing. And you’re not alone.

💡 What You’ll Find Here

SmallChurchHelp.org is a growing collection of:
Free tools to help with day-to-day church life
Simple strategies for guest follow-up, outreach, and online presence
Real-world insights for leadership, planning, and volunteer coordination
Encouragement for pastors and leaders in the trenches
We’re not trying to be a platform. We’re trying to be a partner—a quiet, reliable resource you can turn to anytime.

📣 Let’s Build This Together

If your church is doing ministry on a shoestring, I built this site for you. If you’ve ever thought, “I can’t do one more thing,” but still care deeply about your people and your mission—you’re in the right place.
Let me know what you need. I’ll do my best to help, or I’ll find someone who can.
